Have you been ripped off by an HVAC company? I have by the Cincinnati based Thomas and Galbraith. Here is a chance to save someone else from making the same mistake. List the HVAC company that you hired and share your experience with them.

They charged labor and then $450 for a $20 part. When I called them they said it was to cover the labor. I then asked why they charged $190 for my dispatch (usually $90, but it was after hours). I was told that that was just dispatch. Really?!? I called other HVAC places and they were pissed because it is stuff like this that gives the industry a bad rap. Coincidentally they all charge <$90 for the same $20 part. Stay away from this company unless you want to pay WAY too much!
